A leaf spot of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.), called spotted spot, is one of the most important
diseases in climatic regions. One of the basic requirements for disease control is knowledge of
the pathogen, especially the factors that are linked to physiology and biology. Therefore, the
present work aimed to characterize some morphological and physiological characteristics of
five individuals of sclerotic delphinii, to hear black pepper, regarding mycelial growth, multiple
sclerosis production (mature and immature), fresh and dry dry mass in five different substrates.
The experiment was conducted in laboratory laboratories under continuous light and
temperature at 30° C. S. delphinii fungus, among the five substrates, had the best performance
in relation to mycelial growth for all those submitted to the medium. of the BDA culture. The
effect of varied or isolated substrate on the sclerotia production ratio. Isolated SMT 7 showed
higher production of sclerotia in substrate V8, SMT 13 performed well in five substrates, SMT
19 also in medium V8, SMT 20 in BDA and maize and SMT 32 in malt and V8 substrates. -
agar. Regarding fresh and dry mass, despite the means of maize production and maize
production with larger sclerodes, it was the V8-agar, BDA and malt-agar media that both fresh
and dry mass are the largest. values.
