The study analyzes the possibility of developing the village of Bragança,
located in the Tapajós National Forest (FLONA), from the implementation of
indigenous tourism, combined with the application of the 03/2015 regulation. For this,
a survey of the activities already carried out and possible points of exploration about
indigenous tourism was carried out. Thus, the research considers the possible
evolution of the community from the practice of tourism, emphasizing Ecotourism and
Ethnotourism, which provide opportunities for exploring various other activities. In
addition, it was identified that a well-organized indigenous tourism project enables
local development and improved quality of life, bringing income in a way to explore
their customs, knowledge and traditions, since the village still feels without a due to
encouragement for the appreciation of its culture and, therefore, it seeks new ways to
be encouraged in this aspect.
