Desenvolvimento de uma interface gráfica via app designer para calibração de um sensor tcs230 microcontrolado por arduino
Resumo
Calibration is essential for the operation of a sensor, since it is a very sensitive component and can suffer influences from a certain type of process where it is inserted. The present work aims to develop a desktop application to assist in the calibration of the TCS230 color sensor, using MATLAB® software from the App Designer tool, applied to a prototype of a color separator machine with data reception through an Arduino board. Three different tests were carried out, involving the use and non-use of the application, as well as the difference in the aspects of ambient light where the prototype was located. As a result, a user manual was prepared and through a calibration button, frequency ranges of maximum and minimum values were obtained allowing the calibration process to be quick and effective. Therefore, the work showed that the platform is efficient and can be used in several applications that have as main focus to perform color identification through a TCS230 type sensor.
