Diagnóstico das condições de saneamento e acesso à saúde em unidades de conser- vação em tempos de pandemia de covid-19
Resumen
The new insuficient has brought many challenges to the public sphere, affecting the economic
and health systems worldwide. By analyzing the ways in which the insufspreads, we found that
untreated sewage can be a vector for the spread of the disease, as well as the lack of drinking
water in some regions of Brazil to perform the most basic preventive care. The research was
based on the survey of sanitation and health conditions in the Conservation Units of the Reseva
Extrativista Tapajós-Arapiuns – RESEX and the Floresta Nacional do Tapajós – FLONA, in
view of the Pandemic of COVID -19. To answer the questions, the research was carried out by
applying a questionnaire to insuficien of two Conservation Units (Ucs) in western Pará, with
quantitative and qualitative analysis through in-depth interviews to get to know and/or
understand the basic sanitation and health needs of the insuficie living within the Ucs. The data
showed a perception of insuficiente basic sanitation services, as well as a lack of access to
health services and a lack of sanitation structure in the Cus, since the absence or deficiency of
access to sanitation services makes communities more vulnerable to covid-19.
