Soil nutrient dynamics are the result of the interaction of several factors, and in the SPD, the mechanisms that govern are modified in speed and / or intensity by the reduction of soil rotation and maintenance of cultural residues on the soil surface. Anomalies in soil-related plants are directly linked to the critical and toxic levels of the physical, chemical or biological attributes of soil, so soil fertility is one of the factors predisposing plants to pathogens. Mad soy-II is an anomaly that causes sow 40% crop losses and no definite cause. The objective of this study was to evaluate the levels and variance of chemical attributes of soils in areas of occurrence of Mad Soybean II. A total of 180 samples were analyzed in 20 cm, 40 cm and 60 cm depth in areas with and without the occurrence of the anomaly in the municipalities of Santarém, Belterra and Mojui dos Campos in western Pará Chemical attributes Ph, P, K, Na , Ca, Mg, Al, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and CTC and natural clay content were submitted to descriptive analysis and analysis of variances in the program Biostat version 5.3. There were no significant differences between the attributes in the treatments, being considered statistically similar the areas with and without occurrence of Soja Louca II, but with micronutrient terrors in toxic levels in most of the samples in both treatments in all the depths collected. The attributes that presented higher and lower Coefficient of Variation were pH (7.45%) and Zn (198.17%) at 20cm, pH (6.66%) and Cu (250.70%) at 40cm and pH (5.84%) and Cu (238.74%) at 60m depth. The analysis of variance of the chemical attributes did not present significant differences between the depths.
