This work presents an investigation about the relationship of the Licensee in Educational Informatics (LIE), linked to the Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará (UFOPA) with the Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TIC), when they develop activities involving the construction of pedagogical proposals in Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). In order to understand how the students of the Ufopa. Educational Informatics course appropriate TIC for the planning and execution of pedagogical activities for distance education (DE), we have sought to develop activities related to the configuration of an LVE with course proposals for these virtual environments, the elaboration of a teaching experiment carried out during the curricular internship of the Master's Program in Education - PPGE / UFOPA. The theoretical input that subsidized the research activities is based on the conceptions of Selwyn (2011), Kenski (2003a, 2008), Levy (1996, 2000), Perrenoud (1999, 2000), among others. As methodological strategies for obtaining data to support research, we used an approach in the qualitative and quantitative perspective, articulating bibliographic research (OLIVEIRA, 2007), participant observation (MINAYO, 2013) and the teaching experiment, in the perspective of Gonçalves and Marques (2011). The teaching experiment was carried out in the second semester of 2019, in the subject of Fundamentos da EaD, LIE class, admitted in 2017, consisting of 23 students, afternoon shift. The analyzes of information obtained were performed, based on the methodological triangulation (STAKE, 1998) involving the observation moments of the researcher, the teaching experiment developed and the application of a semi-structured questionnaire, at the end of the experiment. The partial results show that, despite the difficulties in having access to technological resources, the internet and devices, the students showed interest in exploring a field of knowledge not previously studied by them and, in addition of this, even though initially, they are able to relate the learning developed in the subject of Fundamentos de Educação à Distância with the needs they are experiencing, given the situation of remote education. With regard to technological appropriation, it was evidenced that the most of the students lack technical knowledge about DICT, so that the LIE course can favor the acquisition of an instrumental domain of technological resources, although it is also in balance with processes of human and emancipatory formation, in which the promotion of collaborative work in learning networks is evidenced.
