This work was developed within the theoretical line of ethnomathematics, because it
brings a new vision of Mathematics and Mathematical Education of social and
political anthropology, which are seen as human activities determined socio culturally by the context in which they are realized. The purpose of this research is to
propose that the learner improves his or her performance in calculating and solving
problems through the addition and subtraction deck, the multiplication and division
track. For this, the educator has methods to improve logical reasoning, but the
student lives in a concrete way through the resources addressed by the teacher. In
the course of this study it can be seen that the students of multi-series classes refers
to a school, a room, a teacher, students from the 1st to the 5th grade of elementary
school, without lunch box, director, counselor, watchman. There were only four walls,
a cabinet with a minimum of material, four of chalk, timid children, with the watchful
eye, dazzled by the possibility of learning new things, a teacher with the task of
teaching and the feeling that what he knows does not serves for that reality, that
does not know how to work with the diversity of the group. It is observed that
students have different ages and educational levels encounter many difficulties,
mainly to the detriment of the contents being fragmented, besides space and time
are not enough. However, even in the face of these difficulties during the activities,
the students were able to share the knowledge, expanding their knowledge, since the
diversity of opinions generates conflicts capable of enriching the teaching-learning of
the individuals involved. Thus, through the results achieved with the studies and the
applications of proposed activities, we can emphasize that we reach the objective of
this work with wisdom, considering the knowledge acquired by the students and the
students, which were sought through all stages of this work.
